Carlo Boutton

Carlo Boutton is sinds augustus 2026 CEO van Biotalys, waar hij in mei 2022 als Chief Scientific Officer instapte en in maart 2026 interim-CEO werd. Hij brengt meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in antilichaam- en biochemieleiderschap mee, opgebouwd bij Sanofi (Global Head of Innovation, Large Molecules Research), Ablynx en Tibotec, waar hij bijdroeg aan onder meer het NANOBODY®-platform en de ontwikkeling van hiv- en hepatitis C-geneesmiddelen. Hij staat als mede-uitvinder vermeld op meer dan 20 patentaanvragen. Carlo behaalde zijn master- en doctoraatsdiploma aan de KU Leuven.
