Hanne Callewaert
Hanne Callewaert is medeoprichter en CEO van AstriVax, een biotechbedrijf uit Leuven dat een platform voor vaccins en immuuntherapieën ontwikkelt.
Hanne heeft meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in de life sciences-sector en combineert strategisch leiderschap met operationele uitvoering binnen zowel farmaceutische als biotechomgevingen. Als CEO van AstriVax was zij verantwoordelijk voor de incubatie, opstart en opschaling van het bedrijf, de financiering, de strategische koers en de uitbouw van de organisatie.
Tijdens haar sessie neemt Hanne echter niet alleen deel als technologie-CEO, maar ook als de persoon achter de onderneming: oprichter, leider, moeder en mens, die navigeert door de druk van het uitbouwen van een gezondheidsbedrijf waarin wetenschap, kapitaal, team en privéleven allemaal tegelijk aandacht vragen.
