Health Tech Sessions is the two-day B2B health programme of FTI Leuven 2026.
Thursday 22 October focuses on Life Sciences: from medical breakthrough to human care. The day brings biotech, pharma, medtech, healthcare, logistics, research and investment leaders together in Leuven.
Medical innovation only matters when it reaches patients. This day looks at what is needed to move faster from research, development and production to better treatment, better recovery and better care.
That road is rarely simple. A therapy, molecule or platform can be scientifically strong, but that is not enough. It has to reach patients, work in clinical reality and help healthcare systems deliver better care for more people. With speakers and contributors such as Paul Herijgers, Peter Peumans, Els Henckaerts and Geert Meyfroidt, the programme explores how medical innovation is developed into real-world care.
